Todd and Angel are so friendly, communicative, and thorough. We get a text of the report / status of the pool when the maintenance is done which is extremely nice! Highly, Highly recommend! Since we moved here 5 years ago and have had a few different pool services that were either unreliable or creating algae blooms in the pool or just weren’t the right fit. But then we found Kraken. They are just too good, so personable, and everything you would expect from such great people and service. Hire them but don’t steal them away from us!

Todd and his team took over the care of our pool a few months ago and we couldn’t beleive how much improved it looks. The care is there and detailed reports regarding the service and pool levels are sent weekly. In addition to great customer service, Todd has really worked with us to try and resolve some exsisting issues with the pool. The price for weekly cleaning and chemicals is super important to us and Kraken does it all and more for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this business!
